崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)科學(xué)理論、行業(yè)前沿的收集匯總和分析，并提出新工藝改進(jìn)想法或創(chuàng)意；
Generating new improvement ideas by fundamental approach and following external developments and developing technical feasibility；
2、通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行和監(jiān)督實(shí)驗(yàn)室的化學(xué)測(cè)試來(lái)評(píng)估新的想法或創(chuàng)意
Developing technical feasibility by guiding catalyst synthesis and testing in the lab；
3、負(fù)責(zé)將可行工藝進(jìn)行工業(yè)生產(chǎn)；
Scaling up the catalytic synthesis and processes from lab to pilot and plant scale；
4、負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理，包括安全和質(zhì)量；
Responsible for lab management, include safety and quality；
任職要求:
1、博士學(xué)歷，化工、化學(xué)、材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
PhD degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials, and related majors；
2、3年以上石油化工行業(yè)研發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有催化劑、化學(xué)合成經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，如優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆博士有相關(guān)科研方向也可考慮；
More than 3 years of experience in research and development in the petrochemical industry, with experience in catalyst synthesis/refinery （for the other vacancy） preferred. Fresh PhD candidates with relevant project experience could be considered；
3、扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)，熟悉化工研發(fā)項(xiàng)目流程和體系，有一定的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力優(yōu)先；
Solid fundamental basis. Structured project-based working experience. Good team management skills is preferred；
4、有較強(qiáng)主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性，堅(jiān)持以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向工作，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，并善于與組織內(nèi)外部人員進(jìn)行溝通。
Result-oriented with passion in diving into big and complex challenges. Good team spirit with outstanding interpersonal skills to people of different departments and organizational levels both internally and externally.
5、英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言。
Good English communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
